LSS DJeq requires the Pluggo Runtime. Sadly Pluggo as a product has been discontinued but you can still download it from the developer following these links.
Pluggo Runtime 3.61 for Windows
We do not know whether the Pluggo Runtime will work with Windows 7 or Snow Leopard. The worst that can happen is that it won't, and it will simply not load.
